Regalia
As a 3rd Degree applicant awaits his 4th Degree he may want to think ahead about buying a tux rather than renting. Others wonder exactly what is needed when purchasing regalia. If you are considering joining the honor guard, a basic list and rough cost of what is needed is below:
Tux (Black):
- White Tuxedo Shirt with standard collar (No Wing Tip Collar)
- Black Bow Tie
- Black Cummerbund*
- Black socks and shoes
- Slacks - Stripe along pant leg.
- Social Baldric
- White Gloves
* A vest can be worn for social functions, not for Honor Guard.
Renting/Purchasing Tuxes:
You may purchase your tux anywhere, however many local Knights have suggested going to Barry's in Gainesville. They are very familiar with our special requirements.
